Angelo Giunta mainly assists Italian companies and individuals on civil and commercial matters, particularly in relation to credit management, contracts negotiation and compensation for damages.
He also practices in privacy law and companies administrative responsibility (D. Lgs. 231/2001).
As associate and banking team leader in a primary firm in Turin and Milan he gained experience in settlements disputes in relation to anatocism litigation (compound interests).
He is member of the Young Lawyers’ Commission of the Turin Bar since 2011.
He graduated in law in 2005 with a thesis on “The Fraudulent Bankruptcy” and after a training in an important criminal law firm, he was admitted to the Turin Bar in 2009.
Angelo speaks English and conversational French.
